Fully Sealed Lumistar Sight Glass Luminaire with cover glass, super compact, all stainless steel
This sight glass luminaire is designed for mounting on sight glass fittings in universal applications. It is ideal for use in combined sight and light ports (single-flange version) or arranged separately (two-flange version). The integrated fastening clamp enables convenient mounting on a Lumiglas sight glass wiper assembly SW I.
Application in chemical, pharmaceutical, biogas and food processing industries:
It is ideal for illuminating bioreactors, laboratory mixers and filters as well as the interiors of tanks, agitators, separators, pipelines and other, usually closed, vessels in non-explosive operating environments.

This fixed lens CCD camera is the choice for inspection and remote observation of processes in non-hazardous environments.
• Combination with other features:
Can be combined simultaneously with Lumiglas luminaire and wiper. Care must, however, be taken that max. permissible operating temperature and resistance to temperature cycling for the relevant glass disc are considered.
Use to jet spray water, inert gas or other fluid to maintain glass visibility
• Application:
For intermittent or continuous automatic cleaning of underside of sight port glass disc. Suitable for pressure and vacuum vessels subject to pressure test certification for all standard ratings and use in explosion hazardous as well as non hazardous areas.

All metallic contact parts are of stainless steel quality 1.4571.

Effective assembly for wiping clean glasses in sight glass fittings DIN 28120 – DN 100 to DN 200
For manually activated cleaning, when required, of inside face of glass in sight ports. Particularly suitable for pressure and vacuum, vessels requiring test certification both in explosion hazardous as well as non hazardous operating areas.
The glass discs fitted into the assemblies correspond to DIN 7080 or DIN 8902 standards.

Camera with fixed lens. With this simple standard camera, the lens is set permanently at the time of installation so as to focus the camera on the subject (outdoor areas/outside plant or process operation).

Similar to the internationally renowned Lumiglas luminaires, the camera system can be attached to the cover flange of a sight glass fitting using a hinged bracket. If the standard illumination of the process is not sufficient, an additional Lumiglas luminaire can be attached if fitting allows.
